Fager is a perfume concept and visual identity inspired by my childhood summers in Tällberg, Dalarna. Created within the beauty and photography field, the project explores the emotional connection between scent, memory and nostalgia. Through research, I discovered how fragrances can evoke strong emotions and childhood memories, which became the foundation of the concept. The name Fager, meaning beautiful, reflects both the beauty of nature and the emotional beauty found in memories. The visual identity combines soft photography, natural elements and muted colors inspired by Nordic summers to create a poetic, dreamy and timeless atmosphere, balancing warmth and beauty with a subtle sense of melancholy — the feeling of remembering moments from childhood that can never truly be relived again.

 

The project combines perfume, storytelling and visual design to create an immersive experience where people can reconnect with their own memories of childhood, freedom and comfort. To bring back, to remember - a sense of nostalgia. A tribute to the simple moments of our childhood we remember with joy.
